Our approach to making Lite Group Media and Lite News usable by as many people as reasonably possible.

Accessibility at a glance
- We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing target, not a claim that every page and third-party service currently conforms in every respect.
- If something prevents you from using the service, contact us and tell us the page, task, assistive technology, and format you need.
Measures we use
- semantic headings, landmarks, lists, labels, and native controls;
- a keyboard-accessible skip link and visible focus indicators;
- responsive layouts and text that can reflow at smaller widths;
- colour contrast designed for readable body text and controls;
- descriptive link text and text alternatives for meaningful images;
- reduced reliance on motion and support for reduced-motion preferences; and
- lightweight static pages that remain usable on slower connections.
How we review the site
We use source review, keyboard-only navigation, responsive layout checks, automated checks where available, and targeted manual review. Automated testing cannot establish full accessibility, so reported real-world barriers are important.
Known limitations
- Raw RSS and JSON feeds are machine-readable formats and may not be comfortably presented by every browser.
- Stripe checkout and the Stripe billing portal are third-party services whose accessibility is controlled by Stripe.
- Very long legal and editorial pages may require substantial navigation despite their heading structure and contents links.
- We will update this list when we confirm another material limitation.
Feedback and alternative formats
Use the accessibility request form to report a problem or request information in another reasonable format. Include the page or feed concerned and the format you need. We will acknowledge the request and work to provide a practical response as soon as reasonably possible.
